Setup
Every plan includes a one-time $299 setup covering provisioning, migration of your existing application, DNS cutover, certificates, and backup configuration. Waived when you pay annually.
Annual billing
Pay for ten months, get twelve.
If you exceed a limit
We tell you. Nothing gets throttled or shut off. If you stay above a limit for two billing periods, we move you up a plan or add capacity, with thirty days notice.

Frequently asked

What counts as an application?

One deployed service plus its database. A marketing site with a contact form is one application. A customer portal with a separate admin API is two, or one Scale plan.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. You keep ownership of your domain and registrar. We configure DNS and certificates.

What happens if I cancel?

Your environment stays online for thirty days. Request an export at any point during that window and we deliver it within ten business days.

Do you host email?

No. We can point your mail records wherever your email provider needs, but mailboxes and deliverability are outside the platform.

What if my site is down at midnight?

Automated monitoring runs around the clock and platform-wide incidents get handled as they are detected. Individual after-hours support for a single account is available as a paid emergency callout. Standard support hours are weekdays, 9 to 5 MST.

Do you build the application too?

That is a separate development agreement, and deliberately so. The platform fee stands on its own.
